Monday nights at 7 o’clock

Competitors of all skill levels are welcome. This is a handicap travel league. Each week you will be at a different location. We use weekly calculated averages to put everyone on an even playing field. Teams must consist of 6 players. A captain will be responsible for running the team and contacting the competitor’s captain in the event of reschedules or forfeits. There will be weekly dues of 26 dollars per team. Dues can be paid in full, up front or weekly, but must be delivered with paper work. We play 301, cricket and wild card cricket. Once line ups are set for the night, the handicaps are calculated. In 301, the player with the higher average will start with a number higher than 301 and the lower average will start with 301. In cricket and wild card cricket, the duo with the lower average will start the game with their selection of marks on the board. We play 12 games with a 13th “bonus game” that is awarded to the team with the least number of leftover points in 301. The home team will be responsible for keeping score. This is to be shared amongst all members of the team or you can have someone act as a team secretary (for example a spouse of a member of the team). Each session will be a varied number of weeks depending on the number of teams we have. When we have enough teams, we will split into two divisions that will have their own divisional playoffs. The winners of the divisional playoffs will then go on to play in the league championship. The winners of the divisional playoffs will each get a plaque. The winner of the league championship will win possession of a perpetual trophy that will get displayed at the winning teams bar for the next session. At the end of each session, there will be an awards ceremony/party with food and drink provided. Every person in the league that makes certain achievements (hat trick, 9 mark, ton80, 3 in the black) will receive pins.
